My mission is to educate and empower my clients, and provide them with the tools needed to lead a more successful and fulfilling life.
I specialize in a variety of areas that include Sports Performance, Anxiety, Depression, Emotional Regulation, LGBTQ+, Communication, Family Dynamics, Leadership Development, and Life Transitions. I work with a diverse clientele that includes children to adults – individuals, couples, families, teams, and groups from a variety of backgrounds.
Therapeutic techniques used may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT,) Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT,) Solution-Focused, and Family Systems Therapy. I take a holistic approach to therapy with a focus on sleep, nutrition, mindfulness, and daily movement/exercise. With nearly two decades of experience as a NCAA DI Coach and a Master’s degree in Counseling, I have a unique perspective a skillset to help you navigate the mental side of your sport, your career, your relationships, and your life!
